Keeping on top of your health and fitness can be a lot more fun when participating in group activities or exercising with friends. However, it can sometimes be difficult to find classes and clubs that accommodate those with mobility issues or significant injuries.  There are some great organisations across the UK who provide support for those affected by personal injury – do you know of any similar clubs or classes you can share with us?
